Everybody thinks those guys are s**t heads.

I'll give you Vick on that one, but everybody in Pittsburgh, Chicago, Green Bay, Minnesota, Alabama and Tampa Bay do not think these other guys are s**t heads.

All I'm saying is that while I agree that Kaepernick's original tweet was incredibly stupid, I think a lot of fans around here who don't particularly like him anyway are just blowing this out of proportion and having a good time doing what they do best - trashing Kaepernick. And, I'm also saying that a stupid and insensitive tweet is not a capital crime, especially when he's man enough to immediately realize he made an ass out of himself and apologize.
I would understand more if Kap made Culliver type comment or something racial, as opposed to oh I found something to go with my #7tormiscoming slogan and then oh snap people died? my bad. Sure it was a mistake, he apologized for it lets move on.

Cutler is the douche sensei of the NFL...nobody likes that guy.

Absolutely, hopefully we get more video soon

He looks a lot smoother; no hopping around at the end of the drop back; more compact throwing motion.

And even though he still seems to be firing fast balls, Reggie Bush has already let it be known that they're working on swings and screens, so my guess is that we'll start to see a lot more touch as well. I'm excited to see him play in this new offense.

Plenty of people that like Kaepernick, just getting tired of him repeatedly being brought up in the national media over something stupid he did or said on social media. Living in Phoenix, anytime he goes full potato on Twitter, I get to hear about it from Cards fans for weeks on end. They spent nearly an hour's worth of time on talk radio here yesterday talking about Kaepernick has the intellectual maturity of a potato.

Is it that difficult for him to hire someone with better judgment to manage his social media profile's and make sure that things such as this never happen in the first place.

No question that he's a dick, but my problem with your take is that I actually know a lot of people in Chicago and lots of Bears fans think he's a good guy who gets bad treatment in the media. I'm not kidding. When they talk about him, my eyes roll so hard it gives me a headache.

This. Cutler is extremely unlikeable for many reasons, the guy just has an aura of douchiness about him that permeates everything. Kaepernick isn't on his level but damnit he seems to be trying.
Kaep only apologized cuz either his agent or the 49ers told him too
Honestly if I was Kap i would just say my account was hacked into

This is EXACTLY what I said earlier. 9er fans are upset as though he represents THEM WTF?? Sad.
People zero in on everything Kaep says and try to take it to the next level.

Or maybe because he was told what was happening in Houston and realized it was in poor taste. My brother in law works with Kaeps father and he says he and that family are "salt of the earth". I'd assume Kaeps a good person and have never heard otherwise.

I guess that having raised a few kids and seen them go through their early and mid-twenties with their friends on social media, I'm just not surprised by stupid tweets and idiotic facebook posts. I've always told them not to blurt; to think about what they say before they say it. Social media encourages electronic blurting, IMO, and lots of people can't seem to prevent themselves from blurting things out.

I just don't care about that aspect of Kaepernick's or any athlete's life. I don't care if the media has fun with it - that's the media these days - lots of gossip, very little, you know, actual news.

You're talking about home team fans. Look at how we defend our own guys.

Outside of the normal homer, most NFL fans hate the previously mentioned QB's because of their attitudes or legal issues.
