Kaepernicks "passer rating" (QBR) is tenth among active QB's based on his running in 2012,2013 and even 2014. Not his passing. His QBR is tied with Dalton not because Kaepernick is an above average passer but because he took the NFL by storm (like #7storm took Houston) with his legs.

If Dalton was on this team he would be starting before Kaepernick. Any NFL team would take Dalton over Kap.

And that's exactly what Baalke wanted to do, but let Harbaugh have his pick.

Andy Dalton?? Are you kidding me? You guys are the worst. He's NEVER won a playoff game and somehow you guys think he would've won in Greenbay, Carolina AND the Superbowl? This is the dumbs**t I get tired of in this thread.

so what. has nothing to do with his daytime job. hopefully he was at home studying film from thursday or lifting weights.. again i got no issue with the other stuff he is doing but he does have a real job. i would like to think he is working on that stuff with the idea to take over for blaine IF blaine struggles.... or to make his value a bit higher.. IF we opt to make some sort of decision later in the year

Let's hope he was at home, or the facility, working to get better. I am tired of people posting the political junk in the football thread anyway.

Couldn't have said it better

agree... he had a good outing and was very positive about being on the team after the game. he deserved a spot with that outing and now hopes he will just continue to get better with the good coaches we have and i have a good feeling he will support blaine

LOL! They could make a fortune with these!

They'd make more if the trash cans were on fire.

Or with CK peaking out as cookie monster. Perhaps they can tattoo the cans?

From 2012 to 2014 Colin was clearly better than Dalton. WITHOUT AJ Green, Sanu and Eifert. The combined percentages are Colin 60% comp/65 QBR/ 92 PASSER RATING/2.5 to 1 Tds to INT and 4 Playoff wins. Dalton 62%comp/53 QBR/86 Passer rating/1.5 to 1 tds to int and 0 playoff wins. Dalton has had as good a defense, better offensive coaches and much better offensive talent on the outside and Colin still has out performed him up until last season.

Kaepernick 3:16 says: I just got a splinter in my ass. From riding the bench too hard.

I would hesitate to call his outing good but rather a mixed bag. But some of Kelly's scheme seems to be kap friendly.

Given the bar that has been set has been 0 passes to WR's all preseason, I'd say it was a good outing.

Is that all that quantifies as a success? Passes to wide receivers? Do they have to be complete or do incompletions and drops count?
Keep this out of this thread.

However, if you are so inclined to discuss this matter further. I suggest you take it over to the Parking Lot. Though, I think you will find, if you care to look, that the issue is alive there already.

I think there were Wheaties mixed in with that bowl.
