Actually, I root for him even more over the last few weeks. I never understood the vitriol directed at this kid...but the last few weeks has made things much clearer.

You guys act like he's the worst lineman in pass protection and he's not that terrible. Palmer had a pretty clean pocket last year, but regardless kaep still had a KILLER Oline even if some weren't great in pass pro, that line also consisted of 3 1st round picks. Better than what gabbert has been gifted. Also had manningham Crabtree Davis in his prime and a washed up moss. Still better than what we have, plus a better D. And harbaugh who played the position and was one of the best coaches in our era. 3 nfc championship appearances. Keep riding kaep dick tho, I'll be rooting for the starting qb, Blaine Gabbert

Killer? , run blocking I'll give you that. Pass protection??? I think you forgot or people forget how many times Kap got sacked in 2014.... I think he was #1 in sacks... But yea great oline . Do people forget on purpose?

Yeah but unlike you I don't blame every sack on the line. I can be reasonable and realize that kaep is part/most of the problem. Dude has some of the worst pocket awareness I've ever seen. Even when they were rushing 4 and he had time, he was looking to escape the pocket and create something. I don't think I forgot bud, I already said some weren't great in pass protection, it's just people like you want to exaggerate and act like we had the worst pass protection that year which simply isn't true. If he can work on his game and improve on decision making, reads and pocket awareness.. He'd be good, but he won't. Cuz he's a bum and is focused on social injustice right now

Smith got sacked 24 times in 10 games in his last season with us. 2.4 sacks a game in case you didn't know. Tells me the line wasn't the problem, again kaep is a bum
