I also recall the should have been game winning TD by Crabtree against the Rams and the dropped TD by Boldin on the goal line against the Broncos.

I think Kap took Alex's job after only a year and a half under center. That speaks for itself
Has nothing to do with the question I asked.......

Harbaugh was good, the best the Niners had since SM. He saw how much better Kaep was when all the AS fans were still in their deep love-fest with Alex.
Harbaugh improved the Niners as a team and started the better QB in the team.
Do you think any of the teams that AS played for pre-Harbaugh were better than Harbaugh last 49ers team?

I think Kap took Alex's job after only a season and a half in the league. That speaks for itself. Does Alex really need to be in this thread again? Dude is a Chief now

Kaepernick still hasn't thrown 1500 passes so he's not on the list. He's about 400 attempts short, but currently his Int % is a little less than 2%.
Complain all you want, but the numbers don't really show a QB with an interception problem.
Kaepernick has a interception per cent of 1.88. Pro-football reference rounds it up to 1.9%

Seriously. Nobody even really talks about Alex anymore, and even the young kids don't know who he is, dude's not even on Twitter or Instagram!

The question is more about teams Kaep has played on versus the other QB. And I think you know that which is why you keep repeating yourself.

Just when they reset the thread... Haha
Most of us don't care to discuss this nonsense again.

Both qbs played with the same team...one QB took them a lot further

Kaepernick's interception rate is very good, but it can better.
Kaepernick's interceptions seem to fall on him. At least, I do not remember any picks that were from tipped passes or from balls that bounced off the receivers hands. Nor, do I remember any picks that came from a receiver running a bad route.
I would think that both trying to force a ball into a receiver and not reading the defense correctly are mental errors.
Last year, Kaepernick had an 2.09 % interception rate. Last year was rife with off the field tension.
Kaepernick has thrown 7 of his 21 regular season picks against Seattle. Seattle has a very good pass defense, but to some extent I do think that Kaepernick has NOT looked either mentally or emotionally sharp when playing Seattle.
Dang. I had forgot the NOT.
