That looks like a different guy. NO IDEA if it improves his game, but that a huge improvement...especially from college.

The truth is anyone can change their delivery when doing drills with nothing but a duffel bag nearby.

We'll see how he really is when real bullets start flying.

lol, what?

Trust me man I've seen a lot of QBs throw. It's definitely better, but not Tom Brady level yet.

stop trolling.

he's just trolling or he's an idiot. or both.

wider base, shorter stance, and that "flick of the wrist"

you can tell he's putting his body more into his throws now. and his footwork seems better.

Looks much better than before. Probably looks even better from a side view. Just have to wait and see if he can carry it over to the games.

Oh look it's the armchair nfl qb coach

Who said it was?

Its light years better than it was especially if you track him back to Nevada.

Of course it could change when the bullets are flying, but we don't know that yet so why assume the worst?

What's Torrey supposed to say!? smfh

Right, the cool thing is that he gave a very specific example with it

Like QBs don't get lucky sometimes in practice, cmon now!
Dude, slit your wrist already.....

I think someone needs a timeout.

I think it was meant to be helpful...could be wrong...I know I hate seeing suffering...

You guys can't be serious....

I honestly can't tell the difference, I'd need somebody to show me a side by side graphic of what's different and why it's better

almost looks like Alex's. just footwork wise. and that's not a knock.

Totally. Not a knock at all. Alex has really good mechanics now. Even he improved his throwing motion a ton since his rookie year. Looks nothing like how he threw in college.

The biggest thing for me is his stance. He has a wider base. And he's driving the throw with his legs instead of his arms. The actual throw I'll let defender/Marvin/thl/jonny/NCommand tackle that beast.

He's throwing with a wider base, transferring his weight forward better. The entire body is involved in the throw. More compact. Before it was all arm, and his body would just kind of swing awkwardly with the throw. That's why his accuracy was shoddy at times. He should be more accurate now, and possibly throw the ball with even more velocity.

You guys crack me up.

It's clear that he's generating force from his back leg, which is allll wrong.

A textbook throw is all in the front leg!
