He's throwing with a wider base, transferring his weight forward better. The entire body is involved in the throw. More compact. Before it was all arm, and his body would just kind of swing awkwardly with the throw. That's why his accuracy was shoddy at times. He should be more accurate now, and possibly throw the ball with even more velocity.

You guys crack me up.

It's clear that he's generating force from his back leg, which is allll wrong.

A textbook throw is all in the front leg!

we get it, you're a troll. you can go away now.

We can't discuss QB mechanics unless we say only good things about Kaep!?

Looks like a quicker release without as much of a baseball-type wind-up to me.

no. you're saying throwing off your back foot with your feet under you is all wrong. idiotic.

Nobody can say anything positive about him without someone like you rushing to your keyboard to point out that they're all wrong. You're not really discussing mechanics. In fact, I don't think you know what you're talking about and this particular episode proves it.
So much less of a windup is definitely going to help him get the ball out faster, hope it translates to games.

he doesn't know what he's talking about. or he is just being a troll. if that's what he really believes in regards to QB mechanics then he's clueless.
This looks vastly improved from a mechanics side of view. I am just worried his accuracy may suffer from how big a change it is but theoretically this should improve his accuracy.

Here's kap.

wider base, shorter stance, and that "flick of the wrist"

you can tell he's putting his body more into his throws now. and his footwork seems better.

Looks much better than before. Probably looks even better from a side view. Just have to wait and see if he can carry it over to the games.

I honestly can't tell the difference, I'd need somebody to show me a side by side graphic of what's different and why it's better

not the best comparison, but here

the bottom line is that he worked really hard in the last few months to make himself better. he is probably a better qb now as compared to 4 months ago and in four months he will be better than what he is now.. you just have to be thankful for that
