then on top of that, the Hyde fumble happened at the worse f**king time.
Steelers were going for the kill early...going for 2pt conversions like they were playing Madden trying to get us to quit before halfime.
I love that Killer Instinct....hope the coaches pick up on it on this f**ked up away game...if nothing else, pick up Killer Instinct. We have a QB that can throw down field. Stop p***yifying him.
threw perfect passes down the field all game.
the one to torrey was so great. right in stride 25 yards down the field right in the middle of the soft spot of the coverage. torrey caught it and kept running just like it was a practice drill.
need to do more of that. use the speed..

Exactly. No sufferer of Steve Sax Sydrome could ever throw for 335 and 2 TDs in this league.

Kap looked better then last week and looks solid overall. His teammates let him down. Where was the heart and passion?

i think kap played alright. he should watch ben move around in the pocket. our guys would start to get near him and he would take a step up, or to the side and get behind his lineman to buy time. if kp learns to do that and throw the ball away instead of taking losses he'll be great

ben unlike kap had room to step up. every time kap had room to step up he did. you can't plan for a free rusher up the middle. that's where majority of those sacks came from.

Im proud of Kap. Game got out of hand but he didnt panic like last year. Pass to Smith was a beautt and had 3 big passes dropped. His pocket presence seems much better. I think the offensive gameplan was bad and we shoulda went into shootout mode earlier (the Hyde fumble kinda killed us). But I can see his progression. Hopefully the gameplan is better next week.

im not blaming this loss on kap, he wasnt bad. but he does have a tendency to sack himself sometimes and not throw the ball away even when people are grabbing his jersey and taking him down15-20 yards behind the line

Kap looked good and has looked good in both games, but those drops were ridiculous. Kap was maybe off target on three or four passes all game long. But will be interesting to see what happens all season with a terrible offensive line.

im saying. when there was pressure up the middle is when he had those plays where we had a big loss. if the pressure comes from outside he moves up or rolls out.
you can't throw the ball away from within the pocket within 1 second of the snap when a free rusher is right there. those were all of his big loss sacks.

All those haters from the game thread, who were trying to pin this game on Kap in the first half, then vanished, are avoiding this thread like the plague.
Just remembered today's Sunday.....what a joke.

Absolutely, but just saying will he continue to stay poised in the pocket or panic like he did last year? He took five sacks, but would have taken eight or nine last year.

No picks. No almost picks either. IIRC
