Do you think if the trend continues of mediocrity they will put gabbert in at some point or let him ride out the season at say 6-10 or 7-9?

The one where he only threw 70yds in the first half but since Pittsburgh stopped playing the 2nd half since they were up a million points kap got to get his garbage time stats in against 2nd stringers and soft prevent Lmfao.

Our qb sucks. Can't wait to next years draft when we are drafting 1:1 or 1:2

No Pittsburgh played defense inside the ten and we know how those drives turned out.

He'll probably play the season. Lets hope this is rock bottom for Kap personally. This game was atrocious. One of the worst I've seen from a Niner QB. And yes, I remember Cody Pickett, Ken Dorsey, Weinke, Drunkenmiller, etc.
This team is done. I would start courting possible HC candidates. Mora Jr.??? Seems like his attitude is very similar to Bruce Arians.

Not a big fan of Mora and not ready to throw in the towel!

Kapernick took a sack with two WIDE OPEN receivers down field and he looked them off and 2 seconds later got sacked. I swear i think this kid might be taking sacks just to try to blame the losses on his Line and teammates. And let me tell u if thats the route hes taking it, hes gonna be gone faster than if he just owned up to sucking.

Kaepernick next job after this season... $121 million dollars for this QB... what were you thinking Jed York??

Arians is an offensive guy. Mora was a defensive guy that was hired by Atlanta to "fix" Vick, and didn't.
The following weeks will be interesting to say the least. All eyes on you Kap.

He was obviously shell-shocked after those two pick 6's. Dude wasn't seeing the field AT ALL all game long. Coaches should have pulled him shortly after, it was clear his head was not in the game.

Mods sorry but you guys let these b***hes troll actual fans.

True this. Half of these posters I've never seen since I've been here; 2004, and it's all major whining and serious hating. I meant the hate is more on a personal level seems to me, and these guys can't carry his soiled jockstrap..

But carry on Sdaddy, I've already had my share of warning, etc...

Maybe less commercials & more film/play book study??
Even then he's still not a QB, he's an athlete sure, but clearly not a QB.

Interesting thing, I was listening to Pat Kirwin on NFL radio the other day and he was talking about Parcells yapping about how these youngsters in the NFL become so focused about their "brand" and marketing themselves to make $$$, that they forget about the game that got them there. In essence they lose focus and don't put the time and energy into learning the nuances of the game.

Outside the Mannings, I cannot agree more. Guys like Brady, Rodgers, Brees became commercial Giants after they proved their worth. Whereas "chumps" like Kaep and RGIII spend their time in the gym so they can look good for beats by dre, subway, etc.

Kaep needs to start paying attention to film

any reason you left out Andrew Luck from your "chumps"?

No, I include him too. Dont get me wrong, I'm still on the Kaep wagon. Im just talking about a trend thats been going on in the NFL, as per Parcels and Kirwin. And I tend to agree. I think these "stars" get fame and fortune grinded into their heads before they become famous. You spend all this time doing photo shoots, autograph sessions, commercials, public appearances when you should be spending time in the film room. Based on Kaep's play, and given his hx of marketing himself, I have to include him on this list. But yea, guys like Luck RGIII RW also belong on it.

Dude are you kidding?? Just today ALONE I saw Brady,Manning, Brees and Rogers in commercials. You know who I didn't see? Kaep and RG3.

We already saw signs of how things might go with Kap in 2013, but York and Baalke still rolled the dice. I never wanted to give him his big contract unless he had a big 2014 which he didn't and we still paid him anyway. But, I think is safe to say he is not that $20 mil guy. The most important thing about making mistakes is what are you going to do about it and bounce back? Is time to act.
