What exactly do you think Harbaugh might have done that would have prevented the last two blowouts?

he is god. that is all some need to know. oh I forgot, all of the players who left our team never would have left had god still been here. that is always something they can fall back on

That and the fact he didn't get blown out too often. How many games did he lose by more than 2 scores in the 4 years he was here. We've been blown out twice in 3 games

We'd be 1-2 with Harbaugh too. Firing Harbaugh was the right move. It might turn out Tomsula was the wrong one. Much like Erickson.

shoulda kept harbaugh/roman/fangio and traded kap

He always had a lot better pass rush than they have now, the only exception being the 2012 playoffs. That could have something to do with not getting blown out since the engine of both blowouts was a savvy veteran QB having a lot of time to throw.

Through 3 weeks, Kaepernick's QB rating and QBR are 71.1 and 47.5 respectively. Pathetic. Andrew Luck are 65.1 and 30.9 respectively.

Not saying Kaepernick is a better QB than Andrew Luck, but what I would say is even great QB can have a bad series of games. Also Luck had no new headcoach nor offensive coordinator, correct me if I an wrong. Kaep has an unproven Geep Chryst at offensive coordinator. It is too early to bench Kaep. Give him some time to turn things around.

This is true.

And I think Luck's performance to start the year is actually much worse. He has Hilton (sometimes), Fleener, Moncrief, Dorestt and Andre Johnson.

Luck's problem is he throws so many damn interceptions, and its funny the media never get on him for it. I mean he is at 50 interceptions in 51 games (Kap is at 25 interceptions in 51 games).

Kap had a freaking awful game and I've been just about as negative as anyone, but I don't think Kap is the problem. Fix the line, get a better coaching staff, make better GM moves at WR and we'd see some growth.

I also think Harbs was on the right track trying to get Kap to be more of a drop-back passer, even if it means growing pains at first....

I think Harbaugh is not good at developing QB's if they don't have a dominate run-game that hides simple passing plays.

Maybe Kap will mature into a better pocket passer, but it won't happen here, and not with these coaches.

Andrew luck also throws a crap load of touchdowns

He threw 40 tds and 16 ints. I would take that all day over what Kap puts out

Good posts! Kaepernick also had two games that were defensive collapses early putting pressure on the offense. Luck's two losses were close games and their defense took two games to give up the points the niners gave up in one...and almost another.

That being said, the Arizona game is one CK just has to put behind him...no sense dwelling on such a complete implosion. If I were his coach I'd take snap shots of his feet on every passing down and ask him if he can identify the interceptions. But I wouldn't belabor the issue.

which has nothing to do with a x coach anymore. back to topic. i am sure ck and the team are not setting around playing checkers this week. all quarterbacks usually get in a funk and they just have work themselves out of it. he and team just needs to get off to a good start sunday, the best defense vs green bay is a ball controlled sustained offense in my opinion
