I would prefer that conversation. This entire sneaker thing is my fault. I originally posted the picture because I find Kaepernick's OCD to be an interesting character tick and I wonder if it's a built in advantage for an NFL quarterback - being obsessive and compulsive about certain things. He certainly seems obsessive about his conditioning and preparation.

How can they look at the playbook when there isn't one yet? I remember Tomsula saying that him and the coaching staff will have to sit in a room, look around at one another until they can formulate one.
I don't know how many coaching staffs do that, but apparently this needs to happen first.

Good question. I don't know, but my guess is that obsessive and compulsive training probably counter-acts obsessive and compulsive bad habits. Maybe it's a push.
