Of course it does and that was the point I was trying to make. Not surprising I was attacked. I see a whole bunch of confirmation bias in here.

If you've never heard someone call a white person a thug you need to get out more. This is a two way street not racism.. Anywho, even if one person called him a "thug" that's the smallest minority. Stop trying to paint the rest of us some picture because your painting is wayyyyyyyy off. The vast majority of us think he's just a bad qb. Now you can sit here and take that and spin it in your own way, make your own assumptions etc, all that tells me is you yourself have racial problems going on inside yourself to resort to such a thing so I'm done arguing or even listening to such a person so unfortunately blind fury you will probably be my first and last person who ever reaches my ignore list because it takes alot and you single handily have derailed this thread with complete fairy tails that everyone's sick of.. Anywho I'm done talking about it, it's turned into a racial thread and ppl defending themselves because people are calling them racist with no facts or evidence. It's stupid. Enjoy calling other people racist, but I myself am done partaking in some racist post conversation that has nothing to do with football. Keep attacking people with your posts and claiming everyones racist that's all your posts are good for. If you talking about racist bull sh*t don't bother quoting me or asking me a questiong about it cause I won't reply back.

Yup. I can't f------ believe some Kap fanboys are throwing the race card now for their arguments.

Blind fury especially. Dude is a disgrace to this board.

The saying in the legal world is if you've got the facts, you argue the facts, because that is the best way to win. If you don't, you argue the law. If you have neither on your side, you attack the other side.

I submit that if anyone can make a persuasive case with the facts, anyone would prefer to win the argument that way. It's only when they can not succeed doing that and they just want to shut up the side with the more persuasive arguments that they pull out the race card. It's only purpose is to shut up the opposition.

Isn't calling someone a racist against the board rules? Why isn't it enforced? It sure makes for an unpleasant experience.

This...he's never worn his helmet sideways so who cares about the off field dress?

Blindfury to that i would add that harbaw made a big mistake in drafting kap. Rather than focusing on his dressing habits, someone needs to focus on his QBing skills, which are so substandard for a 5th yr Qb, it is unbelieveable. Can't read a D quickly or accurately, can't throw the most common pass in the NFL, the 3-5 yarder. Continues to be inconsistent in mid and long range passing, can't decide when to run, when to pass...plus his level of immaturity has failed to get better. " I don't care if you bench me or trade me"...that sound like the QB you want QBing your team? Not I. Give me somebody, anybody else. He is playing bad, getting worse, has not improved, and finally, it is time to say, " OK, harbaw made a bad choice." It is time for us to fish or cut bait. The time has come for kap to take his wares elsewhere and start over, in a completely diffferent setting. The fact that Cleveland is talking about Thomas and Mack in a trade makes me wonder if they are thinking of trading for kap...and a #1 or some such. It wouild sure solve some of our major problems. Deletion and addtition...sounds like something that might just be in our wheelhouse.

The 49ers front office promoted his posotion coach to OC.

I just asked why someone would call him a thug and said that I think characterizing him as such could be a racial thing. I stand by that statement. I don't think that makes me a fanboy.
Maybe he gets hurt today and forces baalke to move to a real coaching staff and future QB prospects?

Has anybody had their wife get into a mood where she just wanted to fight, but you didn't do anything wrong? So, she accuses you of THINKING something that puts you in a bad light, and although you were thinking nothing of the sort, you have no ability to change her mind. She can maintain that attitude as long as she wants to fight.

Thug isn't associated with any race but rather a culture which includes several races. PC is out of control.

Now that's funny!

I would never wish for any player to get hurt.

I hope he improves, but unfortunately that does not seem to be the trend. This game has all the makings for a disaster.

I just hope if it is they are smart enough to realize its time to likely go another direction.

I don't wish injury on anybody either but Tomsula is more likely to start brown over pears and tiller over devey with gabbert starting at QB.

I'm really disappointed that everyone is giving up on Kap already. Granted, his limitations are apparent. That said, every QB in the league, minus the few elite future HOFers still playing, have limitations. I'm not saying Kap is the answer, but I know a Superbowl caliber team can be built around his strengths. The guy absolutely needs an oline to give him time. He's not the type of guy who's going to succeed despite constant pressure. That's a quality that is seen in only HOF caliber QBs. If this team can allocate it's resources to the front lines, get a coaching staff in here that is top level, we can win with Kap. Otherwise, we can get a lesser QB and go through a carousel of crap year after crap year until we luck out with the number 1 pick in a year that a future HOFer declares for the draft.

I say let's not judge Kap in two straight years with historically bad olines. I mean, one judgement that we can make is that he loses confidence quite easily due to pressure. That's not a great quality. But that's also not the end-all be-all. We don't need Kap to be elite, but if we can build around his strengths we can be a successful team again. I've seen enough of his successes to know that beefing up the oline can make him look like a great player. I'm not ready to give up yet.

Its over man. Sadly im at the point where every pro kap argument just sounds illogical.

Good post! We can play around with the idea of trading Kaepernick but he's been about the only spark on the team. If they bring in someone who beats him out then fine, but wanting to dump him with no replacement...
