49er Petition: "Keep Gold in the jersey" an edit to the Alternate Uni's

I wanted to make a separate thread for this despite it pertaining to our alternate uniforms mainly because it was petition related.

WHO knows if it'll have any impact on anything, but it's worth trying/signing no? (unless you are completely against a gold trim or any more gold at all)

*edit* I did not start this petition, just found it on instagram and thought it was a cool idea despite it not being very realistically possible at this point, but yolo

that looks way better but doubt they can change it even if they wanted to since ppl have already started buying the original one. heck I'm debating ordering one too

The gold in the uniform is what makes us look regal. Like the emperors of the gridiron or something. With all our stories history accomplishment and alumni we need to retain that regal look

gold should also outline the name on the back TBPH, you can see how that subtle change makes the jersey look FAR better (acceptable, actually)

The alternates are growing on me a little bit, but I agree, the gold outlining makes the jersey look complete.

they can change it next year, nd they should. Shoot, if the petition gets enough signatures, Jed will do it for the sales bump.
