I still give Joe the edge because Brady has had a longer career due to hit the easier rules. But if Joe is Jordan, Brady is Lebron. They're both great.
But Lebron hasn't won more championships than Jordan.
The salary cap and F/A also makes 5 that much more difficult.
Hence the asterixes that will forever place themselves to the right of Brady's name.

I think the NE organization is unmatched and has been for decades. When you have a winning coach and a HOF QB for 16 years, you will always win

What asterisks? You mean the BS excuses his detractors invented to justify their own inadequacy, oh okay.
Brady is in the conversation, among two guys, for GOAT, no asterisks what-so-ever.

Ridiculous tweet I just read: coming into tonight, teams down 17+ going into the 4th quarter were 0-134 in NFL playoff history. The Patriots were the first team to overcome a deficit that large to start the 4th.
Then you add in his 4th quarter performance against the Seahawks in that Super Bowl (down 10 points -- 13 of 15 passes for 124 yards and two touchdown, 140 passer rating). Ridiculous. He had like 260 yards passing in the 4th quarter + overtime tonight.

Both are great QB's. Brady has the greatest comeback of all time. Brady is the most decorated but answer this is a boxer at 40-0 during his era a boxing 60-2 in his era. Montana never tasted blood in his mouth with no losses.

I won't argue that Brady isnt the best QB of all time. I really like how he plays even though I hate the patriots as a franchise. I still think Montana is the most clutch QB of all time but Brady has had the best career of any quarterback.

*better. Also 0 has a greater impact. The Jordan mystique is based on no losses. If he lossed a series that mystique would not be as strong.

But Geez if I had a 28-12 lead in the 4th Qt in Madden with 7 minutes left, there's no way I can lose. I've never seen a team throw away a shoe in game like this in my life considering the stakes.

Using boxing in a reference it would be more like...4 time Heavyweight champion vs 5 time Heavyweight champion....

Both great QB's. SF fan's are probably a little biased, as would be NE fans. I think the consensus across the nation would pick Brady and I would probably agree with them.

About half a dozen QBs in history have mastered the position. Joe and Tom are two of them.
