Doesnt take anything away from Joe, but you guys arguing that our guy's 4 are better than this guy's 5 (with the greatest comeback of all time) are the type of fans that make us look like stupid homers to everyone else. hard to argue when Brady has Montana beat in damn near every category

What you talkin. I like Brady, but he doesn't have the tools to be trans-elite.

His durability is world class.
He's still delivering the ball at a high pro level at 39. Manning couldn't lift his arm above his head at the same age.

Tip your hat to Brady, but that doesn't make him mobile, improvisational, athletic.

To me, this game makes up for the Giants super bowl. Pats should have lost this, won that. It evens out.

Jesus some of you guys are coping so hard with this...just move on. It's ok, just remember that Brady was one of us before we didn't draft him and it should make it better.

Salary cap is now better for QBs? Yes because keeping your best players is that much easier now...

What Brady accomplished last night was insane, no he didn't do it all on his own but he was a huge part of it. He was getting absolutely killed out there and playing with a lot of emotion because of his mother yet he didn't let it rattle him and let it affect him on the field and his teammates all admitted they fed of his calmness and apparently(i find it hard to believe) never doubted themselves. Yes the defense made key plays vs Atlanta but the Pats had to make their plays.

Also let's not forget for the excuses crowd Brady was getting very little help in the early part of the game with key drops, no run game at all and constant pressure and hits.

Atlanta had a 99.9% win probability with 9 minutes left in the 4th quarter.

Record for SB wins
Record for SB starts
Record for SB MVPs
Biggest comeback in SB history
Record for SB TDs in career
Record for SB yards in game
Record for SB yards in career

You simply can't rationally argue against this.

truth

Thank you guys.

He missed four games this season as well. Just keep it real. He is one of us and some still are in denial.

Get over it.

One argument not mentioned......

Montana never lost in the Super Bowl

Brady did......2
Brady is the goat. You can blame niner FO for trading montana early. I think he had some ships left in em. We picked choke artist steve young instead.

I think the pats have accomplished more.

dream on dude. There are no good teams anymore. There's only slightely less mediocre teams. Bellicheck is the master of maintaining slightely less mediocre performance.

I'd like to see the pats play thje 86 giants. Good luck there.

Does belicheck coach for the pats or DC the Giants? How does this work?

Making it to the super bowl 7 times is impressive. Not sure why people are holding afc championships against him because he didn't win the big ship.

Its like clowning a guy for 2 second place finishes when he has 5 first place finishes.

Young did pay off you know.

The tenacious Giants D in that '91 NFCCG made Montana looked fragile. It opened the door for Young. The organization felt it would have not been wise to yank the starting job away from Young.

This could have easily happened in New England with Bledsoe and Brady.

exactly, joe didnt win all his championship games to make it to the superbowl, how is losing in the nfc championship game worth more than losing in the superbowl? doesnt make you a better player if you didnt make it to the championship over someone who did. ultimately the trophy at the end of the superbowl counts the most and Brady has the most so this conversation is retarded

Every year you don't win the SB, you lost it along with 30 other teams.

Only 1 champion a year, 31 losers

At this point, only some Niner fans don't think Brady is GOAT.

Not only at QB, but GOAT in the NFL.

Oh... hell nooooo

Get s grip....

Brady's elite attribute is his durability and consistency giving the pats mutiple decades to build around him.

That does not trump somthing like Rice's dominance in a running era.
