Garland won't be inactive, they have no one else who plays C behind Richburg.

Prediction: I think Moore gets re-signed and is active (in for Blair) along with Jullian Taylor (in for Jones). I also think if Gould is ready to go, McLaughlin is cut and Johnson is re-signed but inactive since Witherspoon is expected to return.
