I think TJE will play due to his versatility with Purcell sitting but they could go with Purcell's higher upside considering the monstrous preseason he had, even against higher caliber competition.
What year is this????

I was like WTF to myself, TJE = Tony Jerod-Eddie, god those days sucked, DeMarcus Dobbs too. Blake Bell is still in the league though I believe.

C.J. BeatHard
Levine Toilolo
Dante Pettis
Sheldon Day
Elijah Lee
Chase McLaughlin
Dee Ford (50/50)
or...
between: Garrett Celek, Justin Skule, Jullian Taylor & Jeremiah Valoaga
No way Lee and Day are inactive IMO, 4 LBs is too risky. Day is the top backup to Jones. Valoaga should be active, same for Celek and Toilolo, we won't go with just 2 TEs. So Skule and Taylor if Dee is back.
Of that group, with Jones back, isn't Day always inactive? The Lee take was with the idea we might run 3 safeties...Moore was getting extra snaps last game and thinking it might be a precursor to this game. You gotta inactivate 7...tough for me.
What do you have?
Day was active last week with Jones. I could see that with 3 safeties. I think they only go 3 backs, even though Wilson deserves some PT.
Beathard
Wilson
Toilolo
Goodwin or Pettis depending on health
Taylor
Skule
McLaughlin
those seem to be the 7 IMO, unless Dee can;t go, then Taylor is active.

LOL, MRWOF in the early 2010's, so many people though, based on preseason, like with Kory Sheets, he was the future. Guess fans were wrong on both, neither did anything in the NFL.

Agree. I think Pettis doesn't dress this week.

Likely meaning we see either four tight ends or four runners active and a lot more Richie James. Plus more juice utilization.
Wouldn't be surprised to see two running backs on the field many times.
I have doubts that Ford will be ready. Prediction for inactives:
OT STALEY
DE FORD
WR PETTIS
WR GOODWIN
QB BEATHARD
K MCLAUGHLIN
TE TOILOLO

Tough call on Toilolo vs Wilson on game day roster with Goodwin and possibly Pettis out. I think it's Wilson who dresses. With the rain, I think he's a good option for inside running. Certainly better than Coleman, IMO. As long as he doesn't fumble.
