Notes: I feel like something is wrong with Toilolo that they're not telling us about. There is absolutely zero reason they would promote Helm if Toilolo was healthy and ready to go, considering we were using him just fine before Celek came off of PUP. With DT Jones going on IR, that means Street will be up. I still think we need to bring in another DL because 7 is kind of cutting it close. If Williams doesn't clear concussion protocol, Reed and Moore will get a lot more playing time. Beathard may even be active and play STs, lol.

Can't imagine they go with less than 8 DL.

I just read in the Saleh presser that Nzeocha was getting practice snaps at DE. Appears they plan on using him at least for one game as the 8th DL serving as a reserve DE and then on STs.

really hoping for the former. maybe we can escape this one game rolling with it

Looks like Pettis is ready to go. But Williams is out so I guess Reed becomes the slot guy. Unless they put Johnson outside with Moseley in the slot. That'll be interesting VZ watch. Johnson came in last time Sherman was hurt in a game but I think Spoon was out at the time.

You're right. I forgot. They could add Mathews as a 6th receiver just to have 46. Not much of a choice since they did not activate Verrett.

I forgot about Toilolo, as I suspected, he is not healthy and Shanahan finally admitted this in the presser yesterday. I knew there was no way Helm would be brought up otherwise. So sub in Matthews and I expect Toilolo to be inactive there. Once Toilolo is fully healthy, I think they'll cut Helm and add an OL.

Only injury I remember was a groin. Maybe there was more?
