You mean exactly what they did to Hyde (and then his head) ?

Yeah, apparently that's a legit strategy in the NFL.

Man somebody should have taken out Brown in the first qtr. maybe dice right at his knees or something
PIT gets the ball backed up. Next week is important for us. This is just an AFC away game
I liked those 2 throwaways out of bounds to Boldin. Shouldn't have come down to a scramble on 4th down.
O showed signs of respectability at the end. Should give them some confidence for next week against AZ who is ROLLING right now
Just give up already

Pittsburgh is obviously taking it easy for the most part. They don't want any players hurt, garbage time.

The 49ers defense was exposed today. Lots of tape for other teams to watch and plan.

It's just 2 games, and dont know if the 49ers coaches have the acumen to change the game plans or if they even have the players to execute that stuff...assuming they are smart plans.

even when they weren't taking it easy we put together 17 play drives. chryst waited too long to open up the offense because the defense was just not here today.
needed to get into a shootout and decided to participate in it way too late. their secondary is just as bad if not worse than ours. 1 coach decided to test ours. our coaches did not decide to test theirs.

Garbage time stats

Exactly. Everyones like, "look how great we look now". Why can't we look like this all game? Simple, Steelers aren't really playing hard anymore. The game is in the bag.

But people will look at the stats and say SEE we need to do this Kap can do that blah blah blah

Yeah there's some context here and no doubt PIT eased up once the game was comfortable. But Kap has looked fine all day. There are a lot of crappy performances in this game, but Kap was not one of them.

I say we target Big Ben's knees

We have to get to him to hurt him.

Wait you say it's just 2 games, but then say you don't know if the coaches have the acumen to change game plans. Nothing getting that rationale.

Niners have Worst secondary in league. By far. Cant cover at all.

One game overreaction. Pittsburgh had their number today, oh well, deal with it and move on, making the necessary adjustments to limit the miscommunication and errors that resulted in Wilhoite on Wheaton 40 yards downfield.

Antonio Brown has been flat out wrecking teams for awhile. They won't see a guy of that caliber every week.
Good work for the offense. Even though Pitt playing soft, it will help.

Davis had too be the softest player in the NFL.

Tittle previously owned by Jonathan Martin.

I so agree with this.

I hate V. Davis. Trade this guy. I've never seen such a big dude break so few tackles. He's a glorified WR.
