If losses upset you as a fan more than wins excite you, you really can't call yourself a fan and should stop watching sports.

1-2 with 13 games left will be the end of the season?

you think this team can bounce back from 1-3 if we don't win next week?

It would be 1-2 and absolutely yes.

Tomsula said "no excuses" in his presser.

I think it also means "no ideas" too.

The birth of a catch phrase?

Please... this was a 7-9 team to begin with.

At best

Which I'm okay with as long as it results in letting CK and the offense progress, i.e. open up the offense and let these guys play. Winning 6-8 games with Hyde rushing 30x/game will be of little to no benefit in the long run.

Gotta watch the tape first.

I think this young team grew a little bit today.

Yeah, I know we fans don't like to see it but these are the games that teach the most for young players.

so we shouldn't be mad at a total cluster-f**k of a loss against a good team?

We should say hey, at least we beat the vikings amirite?

I disagree... but then they also are not as dogs**t as they looked today.

They didnt just turn into a terrible team. Minnesota clearly is pretty good, they beat Detroit fairly easily today.

I dont think they are as good or as bad as weve seen and I think that with next week being a divisional game, that it will be a lot closer.

The biggest change between now and then is that they have to find a way for the pass rush to get home.
What do any of you expect Tomsula to say?
Flat out saying "No excuses" is better than anything Harbaugh said the last 4 years.
It's only game #2 guys. Ya win some ya lose some.

They may get on a winning streak after a couple loses. Have faith!

That's quitting talk! Get up for the upcoming division brawl. The next one means something. Where's the thread?

Haha, thanks for checking in, Mike.
a lot of injuries today, hope none were serious
Not a good game at all today. Hopefully we can go home & get healthy for the division game next weekend. Hopefully the offense & defense can make adjustments & be ready to roll. Go 49ers!
