Nothing besides 2 fumbles. The only way he can help us and he's done nothing. I'd rather the spot go to someone else.

Set up our only score against Arizona - 32 yard return
Has made the 1st down on every carry he was asked too
Has made no rushes for negative yards
Converted a crucial 3&1 on the goaline when the game was in the balance - nearly scored too
zero fumbles from scrimmage - both preseason and regular
A solid 3.4ypc at RB although this is a very small sample

He is 13th in the league with a 9.5 return ave for PR, the rest of the team is 5.8. Beating the wonder boy that is tyler lockett comfortably

The "3" fumbles was more like 1 actual ball security, the other 2 were simply the wrong move caused by inexperience and his first ever touch so was no doubt nervous - not unexpected for a guy playing in their first 10 games EVER. If you expect perfection from a rookie, then you will be sorely disappointed.

Overall he has done quite a bit from extremely limited opportunity when you actually break it down - There is obviously lots to improve on, but to say he has done nothing and doesn't deserve a spot is ignorant at worst and naive at best. If he was cut tomorrow you can bet another team would sign him.
Special teams is all i hear and it's still led us to nothing.

You can bring all thes minute stats up, but he sat latst game. His importance is minimanl.

Plus, he fumbles and when given the chance at RB can't pick up the blitz. Australia needs to keep it real,. Maybe going into his 3rd year will we see any return on Investment. So keep him and let him train.
Check out coaches film, that was Devey's mistake on that sack. As for fumbles, well 2 you could put down to inexperience. The latest was poor ball security, Carlos Hyde fumbled twice this week and let in a sack last week. I don't think we're the only ones who need to keep it real. I'd say cut him and let him go to a place where he utilised properly.

A rookie in White has more importance because he can catch and field punts....

Stick hayne as fulltime no 1 punt and kick returner that way he has game experience and continuous exposes to feeling out the plays.

Da Andrew White is probably a decent bloke. but he isn't even close to being a better punt returner than Jarryd Hayne.

What has Hyne done that has impacted a game? Might as well have depth than somone who turns the ball over,

Not much but than again Aaron Lynch and Carlos Hyde are pretty much the only players on the whole team who have had an impact this season

I could have sworn I said the oline was HOF bad. I did see the missed assignment and he looked lost Holmes. Does he have super human vision yes,. But as of right now that's all he has. He fumbles my rock that's why he isn't dressing out. soory to lay the truth. I am glad he is the 49ers project but that's exactly what he is. Today.

Nice write up, he has done some good things, nothing game changing but handled the limited plays ok. Mistakes have put a dampener on them as with all rookies, hopefully he can prove his worth.
Haynes has gotten what ten plays total. Fumbled two missed a block on another. Carlos Hyde gets the ball 25 times that fumbles twice and that's enough to use as a comparison?

Agreed definatley a project at moment but with bush on his way out at the end of the year I think, he dosnt have long to stake his claim for a spot their.

Understand Hyde is light years ahead of Hayne I think he was just saying everyone makes mistakes even our star RB who nobody is doubting and nor should they.
