Matt Maiocco @MaioccoCSN 3m3 minutes ago Blaine Gabbert is 3-for-4 on third downs for 18 yards (and no first downs). The 49ers have needed an average of 10.25 yards on third down.

Why even call routes that aren't at the marker?
Playcalling is spineless. They're scared of turning the ball over.

Eric Branch @Eric_Branch 20s21 seconds ago Blaine Gabbert has seven third-down completions past two weeks. First downs: 0.
and everyone is here clapping for that but if this was kap he would have been bash by these gabbert supporters.
Whether its Kap or Gabbert neither of them are running the routes or designing/calling the plays. Pretty crystal clear what the issues are.
I agree entirely but more than half the people on this board just blamed Kap, now they are seeing Gabbert struggle and their solution is to draft Goff....
