If they want to pay someone a couple of mil to party all the time and suck at QB, I'm available for half of whatever Johnny F*ckup is asking.
I'd rather they trade Kap and get RG3 on FA. I'd gamble on his injuries over Manziel's BS.
Manziel's off the field issues arent worth it.
Exactly, while he is intriguing, this is a rebuilding team that needs the least amount of distractions possible

Count Middlekauff among those curious to see how Kelly works with maligned quarterback Colin Kaepernick. "(Kelly) was big on accuracy and decision making," Middlekauff said. "Those two things, for Colin, are in the weakness category."
. The non-ideal player: one who draws attention to himself via social media, has foolish behavior on or off the field, or shuts himself off from teammates.
I beginning to think if Kap does not show drastic improvements. in QBing and social, he won't be here and we're not getting Manziel. I think Gabbert will be the assumed starter and they draft a QB in the second and either a CB or WR in the first..

Hate to say it but this might be the end of an era for one of my favorite underrated player on the roster, BRUUUUUCCE MILLER! Kelly doesn't use a FB in his system, maybe he can switch back to his college position as a pass rusher to stay on the team.

I agree, Bruuuuceee has been one of my favorite player since he's been here.. often I wonder why non of our coaches called for his number often..
I also believe that Kaep will get his chance with Kelly, but due to his poor quick reading ability, he will end up getting traded (Buffalo or Cleveland)

Kaep should not get another chance. Peopl keep talking about how he is a young QB developing..He will be 29 next fall. He cannot read defenses and he is not accurate...Let's move on.

To what? You guys do realize aside from GB, NE, PIT, most teams are trying to develop someone as their QB. Be it someone young like Winston in TB or a vet like Cutler in CHI, everyone is looking for "that guy".
I dont care if its Kap or Blaine or TJ from down the street, quality starters arent born overnight.

Yep. I think when Chip sees his indecisiveness at reading the play he will let him go.

WR - Smith will be back, Smelter gets his chance - other than that all other WRs under contract I consider replaceable
OL- I consider Staley and Brown pretty safe everyone else can be put on notice
RB- All but Miller, Hyde and Davis will be gone (If Davis wasn't a rookie I would cut him too but Baalke won't yet)
QB- I think it remains unchanged (maybe draft a QB in later rounds)- If Kelly wasn't hired I could see drafting QB at 7 and ditching Kap
TE- I think remains unchanged.
DL- Armstead, Ian Williams (franchise tag), Dial can all stay everyone else is on notice
LB- Lynch, Harold, Bowman safe- everyone else on notice
DB- This position is crap shoot. As a group some games they play well other games not at all with more pressure upfront I think they become more consistent- Ward, Tarrt, Reid are safe- Johnson, Brock, Reaser, Acker all will be competing for a job against each other & rookies.

Uh Oh... Dilfer just went on SportsCenter and said he doesn't think Kap will be Chip's QB and then trashed Kap. So there it is

John Middlekauff @JohnMiddlekauff 43s44 seconds ago
Been saying since Chip got hired it's not his style: not accurate & bad decision maker

Carson wentz at 7 if we can't get goff. Kapernick is mobile thats it. Doesnt fits kellys other qb qualities i think he's gone.
