The names mentioned as DC has been the most disappointing considering it's the most crucial hire on his staff.

Nickerson is a good hire, I am hoping this is not a sign of Tarver being the next DC.

Luckily, he's played in both a 3-4 (Steelers) and a 4-3 (Buccs), so they could still go either way with that.

Don't undersell Modkins. He came into be a running game coordinator. To balance Chip's pass heavy play calling and work with Rathman. He did a great job in Detroit when he was allowed to do his thing. The running game there suffered when they took away his run game planning responsibility but took off again last season when they gave it back.
