Blaine Gabbert - should go without saying, I have to wonder how well he'll do in the new offense now that we're in the real games.

Anthony Davis - excited to see his transition to starting RG.

Trenton Brown - anxious to watch how he fares against another top DL.

Arik Armstead - want to see what kind of growth he's made since last season.

Navorro Bowman - looking forward to seeing his progression another year removed from the injury.

Tank Carradine - very excited to see him rushing the edge at OLB for the first time in a regular season game.

Eli Harold - hopeful to see a lot of progress to his pass-rush game.

Jeremy Kerley - excited to see what he can do in the slot and for our return game.

Torrey Smith - I'm hopeful he gets utilized a lot more.

Vance McDonald - I'm hopeful he continues to hang on to the ball the way he did in the pre-season. He took some big hits and saw a few less-than-perfect throws but managed to catch them this time instead of flipping them ridiculously into the air for picks like last year. Again, hoping he's turned it around because I was nearly done with him.

Where's my boy Ray-Ray. He, Tank and Tartt will be the most exciting players to watch on D

Not good if we end up watching OL. That means we are looking for who f**ked up. If OL dominate, we will be enjoying a successful play and watching the skill players gain yards.

Kool aid after we win
If we dont beat the Rams on Monday expect this team to be at BEST 1-4 going into week 6. We will probably take advantage of a rookie QB N beat up on Dallas. By then we will all be talking about tanking the rest of the Season.

1 SEP 12 RAMS

2 SEP 18 @PANTHERS

3 SEP 25 @SEAHAWKS

4 OCT 2 COWBOYS

5 OCT 6 CARDINALS

So WE MUST BEAT LA. What ever it takes so this team can feed of the momentum N hopefully shock the world.
if we lose this game we are f**ked
49ers nickelback Chris Davis (hamstring) is not practicing again today.

It will be a rough year regardless of the opening day outcome.....but we aren't losing Monday night. Double digit victory, easy
@Eric_Branch: #49ers S Jaquiski Tartt was getting stretched out by a trainer during first 20 minutes of practice. Likely to be limited on practice report.

You miss the point. People like to discredit legitimate wins because the other team failed to make a play. Making plays is the name of the game. A FG is a play just like any other. Doesn't make the Bears and Lambs wins last season illegitimate.

Okay, they lost to a horrible team with horrible coaches. Not sure what you want to hear. Gabbert carved them up for 350+ yards. We have Hyde back now, a much improved OL, and a much better coaching staff. I don't fear LA at all, not in our stadium at least.

I fear Carolina though. They'll have over a week to stew about the Broncos loss and we get to fly cross country to play their pissed off asses at their home opener.

If that isn't a runner-up gift by the NFL, I don't know what is. I don't think I'm going off on a limb by saying that if we beat Carolina, we're playoff bound.

But I'm prepared for a big fat L.

They aren't illegitimate, but they are lucky. Those kicks are made about 80% of the time. We got lucky and experienced what happens 20% of the time twice
What's with this team and their stupid f***ing hamstrings. It's like a damn curse. It even happened with Harbaugh.
