While it was not politically correct for Harold to say what he said, I am glad he did say it because it it true. This team has lost by double figures in every game except for the Dallas game. Not only are they losing but they are getting blown out. If your team is sick then you need not fret because after they play SF they will be healthy again.

Coaches contracts are fully guranteed. I believe there might be offset language in contracts that if a coach does leave to take another job then the team is no longer on the hook for his salary

His Mickey Mouse schemes were getting receivers open all day long. That happened in the last two games. Right now the problem is the talent just is not there.
Overall the team looked much more prepared for this game and played well offensively except for the turnovers and Kap going cold in the second half.
