That would make the QB pick an easier one.
Take Garrett at #1 overall, then make a trade back into the first round for a QB. Assuming there will be multiple QBs with similar properties, it would make more sense to trade back up with our 2nd round pick+ whatever than to force a QB pick at #1 overall.
