Well it is interesting that she spoke to him for an hour yesterday, the same day he dropped out.

I guess I don't understand the love for Gus Bradley as a potential DC. Pretty sure Seattle's defense took off when he finally left! Jax's defense was subpar. Probably didn't help their offense was atrocious this year... but I would be more inclined to hire a Mike Pettine or Mike Vrabel if possible.

Man am I excited about the potential Shanahan hiring. Finally getting back to our West Coast roots. Finally giving this unstable organization some stability. Finally getting a young, talented, offensive coordinator to be head coach that has proven his system works on multiple teams in the NFL. (even the Browns) With the chance to hire a solid staff. I really hope we can nail some solid coordinators because that's just as important as a head coach.

I am fine with any of the three potential GM candidates. Wolf, Gutekunst, or Paton. I like Gutekunst for his college scouting ability, Paton for his experience and Wolf for his bloodlines.

@AlbertBreer Per sources, the Texans are promoting LBs coach Mike Vrabel to defensive coordinator. Romeo Crennel expected to stay, likely as ass't HC.

He's gonna be released no one is reading anything for him and that contract....Romo will pick where he wants to go

Would not be surprised to see the team bring in Mike Nolan for an interview as DC. To be clear, would not love the move, but he's "a guy" that is versed in the 3-4 that is available. Interviewed for LB coach with Jags I believe? And was the LB coach for SD last year.

I think if Tarver is still available, he could consider Tarver.

Well its good to know the offense should be in good hands....so whoever the DC is I hope its someone who can bring some respect back to the D. As of right now, the niner D is a joke.

It's been reported that Ballard wanted Cable. Lol at everyone lusting over Ballard and knocking Cable. sounds like every report from real,respected and successful people across the NFL liked Cable.
