I'll be rooting for shanny to kill it, but he really needs to have a stong group of leaders on his staff. If he can just focus on the offense and qb with his staff creating a winning culture it has a chance. Unlikely, but anything is possible.

i have read that "our" top GM candidates preferred KS to jMD. That may be accurate, but john Clayton (media) is purely speculating by calling KS a top choice. a top choice would have more then 1 option to coach a team. We should at least be able to agree that none of the other teams with openings were interested.
