No question about his capacity to design creative and explosive offensive gameplans. We'll have to see how he handles being a coach on a rebuilding roster and going through some tough losses and how he keeps things together but overall I'm excited, I'm a huge fan of the Shanahan blocking scheme and the way they create record-setting rushing attacks. I think with a quality GM and support from his dad, he can be something special.

About the only candidate that could have made me rage quit was Cable.

I don't think he'll be a bust, I just don't know that he'll ever be worth what the Rams gave up for him.

Goff has barely played, hes hardly a bust.....yet

Agree with ya. Hope he does well but there are legit questions.

I am excited to see a real consistent passing game again hopefully. It's been a decade and a half of mediocrity now.

Agree as well. Cable would have just made me ill and Shanahan is fine. My preference was McVay, Shanahan or McDaniels. They are getting one of the three so...great!
