Yep, it fits the bill to what Kyle's vision has been for his staff thus far. He's picking guys that not only have worked with him and he has a comfort level with, but also guys that understand exactly what he's looking for from his scheme which makes coaching the players how to execute it that much easier.
That's a nice contrast to last year's main position coaches on offense where only Bicknell had actually coached with Chip predating the 49ers. I think Ryan Day had played for him though a number of years back. There's inevitably going to be more chemistry (at least offensively) with this staff from top to bottom, and that's never a bad thing.
