After the last few years I could see a hesitancy to close a new coach thread...but let's hope the owners will go on a nice long vacation and give these guys at least three years to show their stuff. Anyone who wants to push the, "But they have six year contracts" notion can ask how JT and Kelly are enjoying their niner money as they fire up the BBQ on sundays.

NOT sure if the results of this hiring will be great, but the best part of it is that they are all young, and no one will become a HOT COMMODITY sooner..

This. At least this whole staff will all be on the same page & will get to grow together along with the rest of the team.
