Dennison was an OC for Mike in Denver and Kubiak's long time right hand man, serving as OC in Houston, QB coach in Baltimore and OC in Denver again. He knows the offense top to bottom, left to right. Highly experienced.

Pariani started out as a scout for the 49ers, then became an offensive assistant for Shanahan when he was OC, became his longtime TE coach in Denver and then went on to work with Kubiak.

Both of these guys would be REALLY good to have to support a first time HC.

Also for special teams coordinator, if they go with one of the GB GMs I wouldnt be shocked to see Chad Morton. Assistant special teams coordinator for 4 years with the Packers and 3 years with Seattle.

I would love to bring in BY as a DL coach. He's got experience in a one gap and two gap scheme. I believe he left Florida to be with his ailing son, but he has since passed. Maybe he's ready to get back in the game?
