Who needs or wants the GM to be the face of the franchise? We need pur coach and qb to be faces of the franchise not the gm. GM face of the framchse just sounds retarded

Now, if Dominik never gets hired as the head Personnel guy, then fine, something is amiss. But fans wanted a "football guy" like Young at the top to be the barrier between the HC/FO and ownership. Well, they got that guy in Lynch.

He seems like a nice dude, but that's about it. LOL.
If the Kyle Shanahan's tie is when Lynch played for the Broncos, while we may say WTF, but this could be a name that Mike gave Kyle when asked.
I am going to keep an open mind and give this guy a chance.
Think about it, this HC/GM hiring could have gone a lot of worse. I still remember when Tomsula and Kelly were hired, now that was the pits!
