Dominik was Director of pro scouting for the bucs for 11 years and then the GM for 5 after that. Not really a "TV guy".

If it's Dominik + Lynch, I'm pretty psyched. Great personnel guy to team up with a smart, charismatic, hall-of-famer that is well respected and connected throughout the league. I think this could work out pretty well.

Kyle must know Steve but what kind of a relationship do they actually have? From what I've read, Lynch has a very close relationship with the Shanahans.
