Work your magic - please.

We still have the draft! And all our picks are where we usually hit! We have tons of capital or trade up or trade for quality players during the draft.

still a lot of moves to be made this off season, deep breath my man! Haha

I'm hoping Lynch can use some of that draft capital to make a trade or two.

This team Is In prime position to win a super bowl this season, and I'm not confident adding a bunch of rookies via the draft Is gonna push us over the edge.

Only if a trade makes sense. I don't think 11 rooks will make the team but I'm down to see them try if we can find 11 guys that fit.
Am i the only one who wants C. J. Gardner-Johnson? Couldnt he fill in for Jimmie Ward? Or would he refuse to move positions?
Brunskill signed a 1 year deal with the Titans.
Lynch restructured Warner's contract giving the team $9.5 Million. I wonder if that means another signing is coming. Or were they still over the cap and needed the restructure?

Given our draft position, a mid-round rookie CB isn't going to help us this year, except perhaps be some depth.
I think it's fair to project that Deommodore Lenoir, Ambry Thomas, and Sam Womack will be okay at CB2, CB3, and Nickel. I'm honestly okay with that. But would feel better if we can squeeze in a low/mid-tier vet on a modest contract.

I'm not sure how accurate these cap websites are, but it looked like we were under the cap and had enough space for our draft class and minimum-salary level signings. I assume this restructure is a signal that we could still sign someone.

we were 3.3 mill under the cap before the restructure. A signing is imminent. Gardner Johnson would be sweet. We will restructure 2/3 of McCaffrey, Kittle, Trent Williams. That would give us 34m in space. We have space if we want to make more moves. I really want Thornhill to be our single high safety.

Management probably don't like him, could of drafted him.
They still have CMC they can restructure to give the team another $10 Million if they choose. This one I expected to be done already because I don't expect CMC to play under his current contract with the way it sits, with no guaranteed money.

Perfect in Wilk's scheme also.

100%

One possible hold up is we may want an extension with new money in it so it's a few extra details rather than just restructuring to save money now.

Makes too much sense not to get it done at some point.
Looks like they just created another 10 with Warner restructure

Depends on what said rookies are asked to do. A rookie edge rusher can have an impact on this D line. A disciplined corner can have an impact with this D line. A run stuffing DT can give quality snaps. A TE that do well in a number 2 role. No rookie coming here will be asked to carry the load at any position, save for FS and maybe RT. But in a supporting role at multiple positions, a rookie could thrive.

Whats going to push us over the edge is a healthy QB and good play from said player. We have more than enough at every other position- more than virtually any other team really.

Kawakami was hinting at another big move he was hearing yesterday.
