There are always a gem or 3 near the end of FA that don't get picked up.

The draft will be much more than interesting.

And then, there will be the inevitable cap casualties - so we can still get some quality guys.

Idk if he's a cancer but then again I haven't followed his career closely. He is good when healthy. I think he would benefit a lot in a culture like ours and he wouldn't be an issue. Fred Warner and Trent would give him a stone cold stunner.

They've only done 2 correct? Ward and Warner. They needed to free up some cap space is the main reason for the FA's they signed and potentially a Bosa extension. .

All I know about Clowney is he hasn't come close to being the player everyone projected. He was an absolute 5 star stud out of high school and he was a force in college. For whatever reason, he has been underwhelming in the NFL. He's hurt a lot but I'm not sure if he's badly hurt of just not 100%. Some players feel they need to be 100% in order to play. That rarely happens in the NFL where players need to play hurt after the first few weeks.

Niners signing Panthers former safety Myles Hartsfield to a 1 year deal. This had to be a steve Wilks signing.
