I like it. Don't care that he doesn't have any experience, he will get to learn while we rebuild. Bright enough football mind to be sticking to the sport this long after his playing days.
Feels like we have a pretty good balance of offensive and defensive minds with our new regime. Very excited to see what the Lynch Shanahan era can bring.

He was hit or miss, made some great draft picks, made some pretty poor ones and some guys just flat out imploded in Tampa(Josh Freeman).
His biggest issue as GM was handing out big money to FA flops like Eric Wright and Dashon Goldson. Guessing that won't be his primary focus with the 49ers.

That is what I am expecting. If Lynch is bringing a personnel guy, Dominik makes too much sense, he has connections to everyone, although it could still be someone out of left field as well so we'll have to see.
With all the Dominik rumors the last few days I can't see how it isn't him. Makes too much sense.
