Did he hide it from them when he started working for them? It's strange that they're firing him and putting him on blast randomly? What he did was obviously wrong but it was nearly 20 years ago and they just destroyed his life with this.

it isn't like he was sleeping with a 14 year old. An overwhelming majority of the world, 16+ is the age of consent. Even some states in the US has age of consent at 16-17. Once again, I'm not saying it's fine but he's been punished and now 20 years later to randomly bring this up.

Yeah, I learned my lesson in trying to co-exist with them in the PL, not able to, if they don't like you they attack you, but no biggie.

Definitely sounds like he's trying to justify it. Think about being that 17 year old girls parents. I'd have trouble not inflicting serious harm on that guy.
