Massive news 16 hours before the trade deadline. Could be Lynch's one chance to get some juice into this team:

Obviously $$ will matter, but if he's trying to get a trade that could play a part in it.

This is the dude SF should go after. They don't "need" more pass rushers. The secondary is atrocious. This is a domino effect, he's outside and lenior goes to NCB.

they still need a fat NT and some IOL help as well

I'm guessing it will be a second and some change. The issue isn't the draft capital, he's worth that. It's having to give him a pretty substantial extension.

If Lynch could somehow pull of a trade for Jaylon Johnson and Montez Sweat and then sign La'el Collins to be quality depth on the O line and possibly take a spot on the right side if somebody cant beat him out, I would be a happy camper.

When Wilks is fired after the season, it'll definitely help.

I'd rather get a proven talent instead of gambling in the draft.

Exactly, I've been saying this too in the DL thread (along with wanting a Sweat, Hunter or Burns). But I been saying the 49ers need a big boy to help stop the run and maybe move Armstead back to DE on running downs. Oh well, I'll be happy with any move Lynch makes.
