Kinda annoying

Dude is sighing his AARP paperwork and he's a dirty player anyway, no thanks.

I'm not asking him to play 50 snaps a game. We're getting moved around in the run game and missing tackles. Dudes is strong as a ox, just want him to take on blockers to free up everyone else on those early downs

Totally agree!!

Armstead out, maybe Hargrave too, Kalia out. Ravens OLine healthy.

Suh could only help at this point.

Not sure why he isn't already on the team.
I think about all of our starters and solid backups who were drafted by Lynch/Peters and maybe a predecessor. Does anyone else in the NFL do as well as we do in the draft? My hat's off the front office for bringing in all this talent at the ground level.

Offense via draft: Purdy, Deebo, BA, Kittle, Jennings, Mitchell, Mason, Banks, Burford, McKivitz

Defense via draft: Bosa, Armstead, Kinlaw, Warner, Greenlaw, Hufanga, Thomas, Lenoir, Brown

Special teams via draft: Wishnowky, Moody

This is the way to build an NFL empire! I am a grateful fan.

I love how this team has been built mostly from the draft, but also trades(CMC & Trent), and big signings(Hargrave & Ward).
Oh, and the low end signings like Burks, McCloud, Odum, all 3 key guys, hope Odum can come back in time for the playoffs.

Kin? Did he turn the corner this year or something? Apologies if I wasn't aware.

Nah, Kinlaw is still garbage. That doesn't take away from the great job John Lynch and his team have done. Just clarifying that Kinlaw has sucked year 1 and still sucks in year 4.
Dalvin Cook anybody?

I haven't watch him play this season, but his stat is way down. He seems to be done, similar to 2019 Todd Gurley.

Not sure how many years CMC have left.

Might be good depth tho for the playoffs

The only reason I could see taking him is just to play keep away, so that he doesn't go to a team we have to face

but that's lame.

I don't believe he's an upgrade over Mitchell or Mason at this point.

Yeah he's not an upgrade, Cook has been Cooked last few years, seen his entire Vikings career, as my Dad was a Vikes fan, but the last few years he was hurt, out of shape, not effective at all, now if he wants to sign to a teams PS, then ok, but not the 53, those spots are reserved for the better players, like Elijah & Jordan, I expect TDP to be active this week off of the PS elevated I should say.

Agree

would be nice to see mason/TDP get some good reps in before the run.
Man hard to believe Gurley only played 6 seasons, he was THE fantasy RB for a couple years there. And Cook was really done after 6 too, even though this is his 7th season.

Careers like this is why whenever someone argues that Frank Gore was just a stat accumulator due to playing so long I retort with the longevity itself being HoF worthy. RBs sticking around for 16 seasons is practically unheard of.
Cook?

Running behind the atrocious Jets OLine will skew any RB's stats.

Maybe he's peaked out.

If I'm JL, I give his old buddy Saleh a call to get the facts. He'll get the truth from Saleh.

If he can still play and it fits financially then make the move.

As well as Mitchell ran last game - he's still an injury waiting to happen and Cook may be insurance.

I'm a big Mason fan and would love to see him get lots & lots of carries to speed up his emergence as a top level runner.
