what you lol at? even though we won, still plenty of holes open for years. his first draft was awful, besides Kittle. The trey Lance trade was a catastrophe. neglecting the right side of the oline and the CB did nothing good.

Here's a thought for you. When John Lynch walked in the door we had one of the worst rosters in the League. Maybe the actual worst. Now we have one of the best rosters in the NFL. Maybe the best. Our coaching staff and front office are so highly thought of, they are annually poached. But we stay, there or thereabouts, around the top. And you want to sack one of the two architects of this. As an aside, earlier this season a couple of posters were calling for Shanahan to be sacked. SMDH.

Here is what you are doing wrong. You are counting the failures. But the draft is a lottery. Every team has a whole pile of failures. It's expected. You should be counting the successes. That is where Lynch scores. The team which goes out to play is made up of the success's. The failures slide quietly out of the door.

John Lynch has proved his mastery at team building. As good as anyone in the team history and hugely better than most.

LMAO, Lynch has to go? Cause he messed up the Lance trade? C'mon man, Lynch has built a SB roster, you don't fire a GM who has done that, just because you hate Lynch or his moves doesn't mean he should be fired, way too many good picks/signings than bad ones.

Couldn't have said it better myself, this so much, so tired of ppl wanting to fire coaches or GMs cause they don't like their picks/signings, or because we begin 5-0, lose 3 in a row, now in the SB, GTFOH with this s**t.
