Not saying the genesis of the attitude is wrong (49ers regime F ups), but this attitude is still absolutely repulsive.

If they sign Tomlinson they could make sure he knows RG is a possibility so there's no surprise about it. They could also move Banks to RG, but I'd rather they move Tomlinson in this scenario so Banks is still next to Williams.

Thing is Tomlinson has been trash without playing next to TW

Pretty sure for how long Wilson was holding onto the ball he would make Trent Williams look like s**t.
L'Jarius Sneed traded to the Titans.

Chiefs get: 3rd round pick next year.
Teams swap 7th rounders this year.

What the hell I thought Sneed was an elite CB last year and his is only 27.

Also the Titans signed Sneed to a 4-year/74M contract.

Was this out of our reach?

We can't afford Brock, BA, & two high paid CBs, Mooney needs a new deal, we likely lose a good amount of good players in 2025, Lenoir, Dre, Banks, & Hufanga

What if we had traded BA?

About the players you say we're gonna lose honestly none of them deserves a big deal and we know that they're not paying big money to a guard. Well maybe Dre worths big money but we know what happened.

On the other hand, having 2 really good edge-rushers and 2 really good outside CB's can make a huge impact on today's NFL.

If the 49ers were smart, they'd be trying to extend DMo this offseason because he's only 24 years old, already really good and an ascending player. Dude can play zone, man, inside, outside, defend the run and helps set the tone with his physicality in the secondary. Hard to find those types of CBs.

He's ok but not elite as you're trying to say. If we let him go our D won't be crushed.

We're not winning Super Bowls with our current players so we need to do something different

Titans are the new Chiefs. I believe I read, Sneed has some injury issues. He'll probably go there and become the next Dee Ford.

I disagree, DeMo is playing like one of the better nickels in the league and has the versatility to excel outside. He's pretty close to expendable imo.

He's definitely a keeper and it's extremely hard to find a cb you can trust and play. They definitely should extend him sooner than later

He straight up bailed out our defense due to Oliver sucking balls. We came real close to Jimmie's absence being a huge hole on defense. Let's not do that again.

I brought this up in the Lenior thread. They need to do something now b/c his price tag is going up again after this season.
