Tell me this is a quote from two seasons ago?

Nope hot of the press.

What do you expect a GM to say? When do you hear GMs say position group / player X Y Z, sucks?

Obviously we need an upgrade at T. But nobody worth a s**t was there anymore at 31.

I have a feeling Roger was going to be the pick, because we trade down a spot instantly after Ravens picked him. Even then, a lot of analysts wasn't a big of Roger, I wasn't either. Would've still been a reach.

Looks like everyone is googly over the Rams and Cardinals and Seahags draft picks.

They were the same way about those teams last year. If Coach Foerster can teach our O line to hold like the Chiefs and not get called, we are going to be dropping 40+ on multiple teams. Across the board, this team could be more dangerous than the 2016 Falcons on offense with a better defense.

So draft more than 1 every 2 years that is in the top 2 rounds lol

You move up. That excuse won't hold water forever.

You need a willing trading partner to move up. Other teams want tackles too as was evident by how many went in round one. They aren't playing Madden Football.

Trades were happening.

Only a few happened, it takes two to tango so to speak, as CatchMaster80 said this isn't Madden where you can force a trade, some of these deals this year cost a lot for teams to move up, at least to me it seemed, but as I said you need another team to want to trade down, it was clear there wasn't going to be more than a handful of trades in the 1st round.
A lot of you were going to b***h no matter what 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
So who is playing LB? Dre will be out all year and the dudes we had last year all suck. None of them could get on the field even with Burks getting gashed for over 100yards receiving in a half of football during the SB.
Don't know any of the guys we drafted , was hoping McCaffrey rice or gore just cause the legacy but it is what it is , I'm sure they know what they doing

That will never happen.

Only two players the 49ers took in this draft I had heard of. Pearsoll and the undrafted player Schrader.

Dang, that's a real bummer. Not sure how these guys will compete against the teams that picked guys you've heard of.

Jaylon moore is literally hot trash. They've been saying for years how talented he is and he's awful when he's in. I'm shocked every year that he makes the roster. Lol move on from his worthless ass

Forreal. Lol I like the draft. You have to balance how they'll impact us in the short term and how they'll help us long term. Everyone knows we need help on the o line but that doesn't mean you just take anyone.

i really like the speed and shifty/precise route runners we added. An element we've sorely lacked and it shows when people play man against us. I love Aiyuk and deebo but they aren't great at beating good man coverage, specifically deebo.

If they would just play him at guard where he belongs he wouldn't be.

So it's just Fred and the young guys from last year? No one else?
