See both of you brought up good points this is exactly how the discussions should work. One area I disagree with IMO is the Rams went all in and won it all which is what I would like to see. This organization seems just wanting to be competitive for a long time, good but not great. The Value chart to move up to the Bengals or Jags position for Fuatunu was 1st, 2nd and a fourth. We could have thrown in next year's second and somthing else to get it done without shipping Aiyuk. If he turns out to bust up then I was wrong but I would have gone for it.

Reggie McGrew I remember that one lol yes "short Arms", was his negative draft analysis... I'm always aware of that now.

Brock looks to be the best QB we have had since Young. I'm just tired of seeing him run for his life and costing us games agaist good D coordinators. We may have 10+ years with him but is he going to be Marino with no rings.

In the old days we had good to great Olines. There is nothing done to improve this one year after year. I just don't see how drafting a possibly great Reciver is going to help us this year which maybe the last year we make it to a Superbowl. It's hard just to get there even with talent that we have now.

Word is out, Spags put the blueprint on how to stop the offense in the Superbowl. The offense must change. You need another weapon to change the story. In particular, the slot position. Not enough speed there. Also, as great as CMC is, it wouldn't hurt to have a Raheem Mostert like RB as backup. I just wish he could have gotten another tight end as well. Pearson comp is Julian Edleman, one of the main guys who helped Brady get those rings, would y'all pass up an Edleman? I don't think so.

After reading alot about our draft prospects I think they are solid it just didn't solve are biggest weakness at right tackle. As I said above I believe we had the opportunity to get one yes it would have cost us above the normal value but this is our year too go all in.

Yes I like the picks actually and believe they did well just not what we need to win this year.

Kingsley may indeed be a good tackle in a year or two but Kyle must have felt he wasn't the right type for their zone blocking scheme. He's really big but he might not have the agility the 49ers like. If they liked him they wuld have taken him since he was sitting right there. They wanted Rosengarten and if the Racvens hadn't taken him I'm pretty sure the Niners would have.

You're probably right and I could see their board being Rosengarten > Green > Kingsley so that makes sense. We shall see.

I suppose because even if we upgrade at RT our receivers could still get locked up by elite secondaries or just good man playing CBs. Teams won't be able to do it as well as the Chiefs or Browns but they will do it. Cowing, Gurrendo, and Pearsall+Aiyuk will help to blow that strategy out of the water.

Yep more throwing it away when the right side collapses, like the Browns and Ravens. The Chiefs exploited the right side but was not the only reason we lost to 4eva's point. However if we are stronger on the right side we may have seen some of the open routes.
