Way too many pessimistic people on here, man I gotta get off here more often, haven't been on in a week or 2, and it's done wonders for my mental health.

One thing I've learned over the decades is that not many people know much about football- people on TV, random folks on forums, people we talk football with, etc.

AB81Rules: Agree. Niners manage the cap as well as anyone. Frankly they are one of the best. There is a lot of optionality in how they manage the situation, and I'm sure the Purdy deal will be fair.

Overall, this team is may one win worse than where they were last year. They tend to coalesce around week 10. Two of their losses were just mismanaged games. Also, the 2024 draft really seems to be a highly productive draft.
