Fire Kyle

Bring in PJ Fleck or Dan Lanning

Sign Aaron on a 2 year deal

Get Rid of Deevah

Bring in Ulbrich

Trade for (TE) Mike Mayer

Formula on how to Win the Super Bowl the next two season !!

The only one of these points with any value is Mayer. You don't say what role you would bring Ulbrich in for. Mayer has not done all that well for the Raiders - 16 receptions for 121 yards 0 touchdowns this year - so I suppose they might trade him but a 2nd string tight end is hardly a game changer.

Bringing in Fleck or Lanning to replace Shanahan is a hilarious suggestion. Lanning has been answered by CatchMaster. Fleck is 5-4 this year and went 6-7 last year in a mid range college team. I saw rumours that NC State might be after him, but that is pretty much as far as it would go. Straight into the NFL? Just no. Never.

WACHA mean straight to the NFL? did we not get Mooch that way? the guy did not even do crap at CAL and we gave him a chance because FAVRE was becoming a superstar... the fact is Favre was on his way to becoming a Superstar whether or not he babysat Mooch's kids..

Mayer - will be a starter here, it ain't happening w/the Raiders because of Bowers, so it will be wise to trade for Mayer now...

Ulbrich - DC, this is where he belongs..

and it would also be a nice idea to trade for Zack Wilson and/or Tyson Bagent.. both are young and can develop still just in case Brock continues to be a QB in bad weather condition.

This team just needs a new HC, and we should get a new HC while we still have a lot of AMO..

Making bad decisions for the last 6 years...
We still have a lot of Ammo...

Pick one, both can't be true.

CAN'T help but both are true..

Decisions - players he continue to draft based on his imagination of how to use such player.. decisions on turning down Brady.. Aaron.. or even Matthews.. the continuance of ignoring the OL when he should know better that this is the key to any QB project he has..

Ammo - we still got lots of them on the roster. .. it may be different in two years, but as off now, this team can be back in the Super Bowl if we get rid of Shanny..

Fire him or trade him??

I think we should keep him, just wondering how you think he should be let go?

Yes we took Mooch straight from Cal although he was originally supposed to be our OC. I don't see that his record recommends this approach.

Mayer? Sheer guess on your part. And why would Mayer come here to play 2nd string behind Kittle?

Ulbrich? Relatively few coaches return to coach the teams they played with. I don't see why he should have any particular love for the team, we weren't very good then. Just as likely that he would consider that he belongs in Seattle or Atlanta.
too many aging and injured and expensive YAC Bros.

big bursty playaction YAC bro personnel isn't working in 2024.
If I am Jed York, I ask John Lynch to resign as GM after the season is over. If he doesn't, then fire him. There is no excuse for the bad drafting all of these years.

You can't blame hIm without blaming Shanny. They are both responsible for the roster and bad drafting.

You mean the front office that built two Super Bowl teams? And built a constant contender the past few years.

Whine much.

Has nothing to do with the fact that Jeff played here.

Jeff and Kyle were together in Atlanta and Jeff is who Kyle wanted last off-season, until the Jets blocked him from leaving.

Last draft pretty decent imo which gives him another year without Peters etc. If they bomb this offseason then we will be having different conversations this time next year.

You can't fire a GM that has drafted:

Brandon Aiyuk
Deebo Samuel
George Kittle
Fred Warner
Dre Greenlaw
Brock Purdy
Talanoa Hufanga

Not to mention all the respected trades he's made in the NFL along with free agent signings. John Lynch is well respected in the NFL, it would be dumb AF to fire or demote him.

Correct. Dont get me wrong, they have amazing hit, then some amazing misses as well. They had two horrible drafts in a row which has shown itself now, but last draft is very good overall.
