If we do the right thing at center or guard, Nolen will not be a huge factor verses us : ).

A reach based on what? Williams was a projected 1st rd pick in every publication that I read. Where are you getting a reach from?
One thing I like is that they worked with the strength of the draft. This is a DT rich dtaft and we could get a stsrter on day 2. Keep it up Kynch and no goofy stuff.

This is a 49ers pick. A tone setting pick where we are getting back to basics. We are shutting down the run.
Kinda surprised they didn't let Saleh talk to Mykel.

We are in a multi year rebuild. As much as these guys don't want to admit it. It could be top 10 - 15 picks for 3 years in a row. Which will help us rebuild and get younger. Not sure we hit on this one though and that hurts. Being that it was #11 overall.

You're probably not a GM or a Scout.. so I'll trust people who do football for a living. Like John Lynch

If you look through most of his posts, he is talking down whatever we do. Has done for years. You are right, I haven't seen Williams described as a reach by anyone who knows anything about football.

Almost every mock draft I've seen had this going anywhere between 10-15. He's just trolling like usual, just like his favorite best writer Cohn. But in this case, Cohn loved the pick.

The pick is ok. Some like it some don't. Some say a reach others not so much but there is one thing that is very disturbing. Lynch reportedly attempted to trade up to get him. That's just scary. Thank god he couldn't find a partner for that move.

Some people think it's a reach if they wanted someone else instead. Picking him at #11 instead of #15 isn't a reach.

maybe he couldn't find anyone. maybe he felt the cost was too much. you can always find someone if you are willing to pay sufficient price. he chose not to at the end of the day
