I like it, But its ballsy as hell by York. To go through what we just went though and have the balls to hand Kyle the keys, and make this choice, it says a lot.

Jed York's reputation will never recover if this hire combo fails. If it works out, then everything will be forgiven quickly.

This combo is pretty much the ultimate boom or bust hire.

Of course you want a "football guy." Doesn't mean you hire some former player with ZERO experience to do a high level job.

Another dumb move. Similar moves like this include mike singleterry, tomsula, geep, o'neil, modkins and so forth.

There were so many good gm candidates and little competition and we pick a project. Not a good move.
