Well he's certainly an experienced personnel guy. He wouldn't be focusing on full GM responsibilities, just personnel, might even do a good job.

I was addressing that there's nothing wrong with being bitter about the hire for a little bit. We don't all have to be homers or sheep. If anybody had of suggested Lynch to be our GM before today they wouldn't been laughed at.

Why not just go all in and hire Matt Millen. He has experience as well.
He has experience and failed miserably so, we know what we got there... we don't know if this guy's gonna fail, not yet
Mark Dominik would actually be great imo. He's smart, inovative and has lost of experience. He could hold Lynch's hand quite well. But he does usevisit Walter Football for his mock drafts though!!

Dr. of Player Personnel: Dominik (direct ties to Lynch in TB along with Shanahan)
Dr. of Pro Personnel: Gamble
Dr. of College Scouting: Dennis Hickey (former GM of Dolphins; Dr. of Scouting and Dr. of Player Personnel for Bucs; ties to Lynch)
It's a mesh of the Broncos structure with former GM brain trust similar to the Falcons.
