John Lynch's personnel experience is playing Franchise mode in Madden. Dudes gonna ask scouts for A,B,C,D and F grades. But just their 3 best traits.

I am probably the only one on here that kinda likes this hiring. He's a leader and I think he will have a great relationship with the players.
